For most of you, this is definitely a different way of engaging in congregational life. We want to help make the experience more pleasant by answering a few of the most frequently asked questions.
Where’s the worship service? I only see slides and hear music.
That is the pre-service roll that runs during the 30 minutes prior to the broadcast. The main feed will start 5 minutes before the service begins.
The volume on the video is too low.
Try one (or all) of these:
● (All devices) Turn the main volume on your device up using your volume control.
● (Mobile device) Turn the media volume on your device up in your audio settings.
● (Computers and some mobile devices) Turn the volume on the Vimeo player up by maximizing the player to full screen and turning the volume up using the volume control on the player.
I’m on the chat and the video went away.
It should come back when you finish your post and hit done. If it doesn’t, try refreshing your browser. We will still be here.
How do I find/fill out a connection card, make a donation, go back to the main website or
find the sermon archive?
● (Computers) There are links at the top right of the site that will direct you to any of these.
● (Mobile devices) These links are found in the drop down menu in the upper left hand corner.
What’s this “request live prayer” button do?
Clicking the “Request Live Prayer” button on the interface requests a live prayer time with a prayer minister in real time. Be patient. Someone will be with you momentarily. This is a one on one chat that is only seen by you and the prayer minister.
I have a question that’s not covered here.
